Attend or Host an Event

To Attend an event already scheduled on the calendar, you must:

  1. Get approval from network technical contact at your facility
  2. Reserve a video conferencing room at your facility
  3. Fill out the Participation Request form and submit it at least 3 working days before the event is scheduled.

To Create or share a new videoconferencing event:

The SEWTN Staff is happy to assist you with any inquiries or with the coordination of events with other facilities. If there is an event you would like to see provided through SEWTN choose 'Education Request' in the left menu bar for assistance.
